Ethmoide Inc.'s master documents govern the service relationship between Ethmoide Inc. and the client, not the client's end users.

How the Document Structure Works
- All Ethmoide Inc. products are governed by the Master Terms of Service and Master Privacy Policy.
- Healthcare products additionally fall under the Healthcare Platform Supplement which covers HIPAA, PHI, BAA requirements, and clinical use limitations.
- If a conflict exists between a Product Supplement and the master documents, the Supplement takes precedence for that product only.
- Client websitesbuilt by Ethmoide are governed by a service agreement between the client and Ethmoide Inc. End users of those sites are not covered by Ethmoide's master documents — they are covered by the client's own policies.
- When new Ethmoide products launch, their supplement (if any) will be added here and the master documents' “Covered Services” sections updated.
